Aitchison Roofing & Joinery is a family-run business rooted in the Scottish Borders. Cousins Blair and Ross Aitchison have lived in the area for over 30 years and launched the company in 2022, beginning with the two of them working hands-on across local projects. Over the last four years the business has grown steadily by bringing local people into the team — tradespeople and apprentices who know the communities they serve.
